I understand that participation in axe throwing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:



  • Cuts, bruises, scrapes, injury caused by thrown or dropped axes, slips, trips, or falls, injury resulting from the actions of other participants, or property damage.


I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and fully assume all risks associated with my participation.


I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Rileyville Baptist Church, its staff, volunteers, leaders, officers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.



I certify that I am physically able to participate and will follow all safety instructions provided by event leaders and venue staff.



I understand that failure to follow safety guidelines may result in my removal from the activity.

I understand that I may also be required to complete the venue's liability waiver before participating.
